Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate other patients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

For patients who provide less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment will be applied. In case of a no-show, the full treatment fee will be charged. However, if you need to reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, no cancellation fee will be imposed.

To cancel your appointment:

  1. If you are canceling outside of our 24-hour cancellation period, you will not incur any charges.

  2. You can cancel through our convenient online system by logging into your profile on our booking platform. Alternatively, you can also send us an email notifying us of the cancellation.

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice:

  1. A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment booked will be applied.

  2. If you are unable to reach anyone, please leave a detailed message on our voicemail regarding your cancellation.

It's important to note that cancellation fees will not be applicable if you are canceling due to illness or feeling unwell. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we want to prioritize your well-being above all else.
