Jennifer received her diploma from Lambton College in Ontario, where she was born and raised. Spending most of her childhood summers at the family cottage in Minden, Ontario where her love for the outdoors began to grow. During her studies, Jennifer first got a taste for the mountains while on an exchange to Iceland. Shortly after graduating Jennifer found her way to the Rocky Mountains. While living and working in Lake Louise she continued to expand her knowledge in therapeutic and relaxational massage. With a love for travel, Jennifer took the opportunity to spend some time in Costa Rica, while there she completed her yoga teacher training. To get a taste of the city life Jennifer moved to Edmonton with her fiance and started her first year of osteopathy. Deciding to leave the city life behind them they jumped at the opportunity to make their way back to the mountains, once back in the Bow Valley Jennifer opened her own massage therapy practice in Canmore, Alberta. Jennifer has owned and operated the business for three years and has been growing her practice and advancing her skill set with training in lymphatic drainage, brain therapy and cranial sacral techniques.
